Absolutely. Our programs are designed for couples with hectic schedules — workouts are just 30–45 minutes and can be done at home or the gym. You’ll also get a weekly plan that adapts to your wedding timeline, so you stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed.
Do we need to join a gym, or can we train from home?
Both options work! We’ll design a custom plan based on your access. Many couples train from home with minimal equipment (dumbbells, bands, or bodyweight) while others prefer the gym. The program is flexible to your lifestyle.
What results can we expect before the wedding?
Most couples see noticeable changes in 4–6 weeks — more energy, improved stamina, and visible toning. In 6–12 months, depending on your timeline, you can expect weight loss, muscle definition, and confidence to look and feel your best on your big day (and in all those photos 📸).
Is this program the same for bride and groom?
